Living History Farms
This 500-acre, open-air museum tells the story of Midwestern agriculture and rural life. Interpreters dressed in period costume recreate the daily routines of early Iowans. Visit the 1700 Ioway Indian Village, 1850 Pioneer Farm, 1875 Frontier Town, 1900 Horse-powered Farm and modern Exhibit Center.
