Enjoy fun in the sun for the whole family at this railroad-themed water park. Holiday Aquatic Center features three water slides including a "swirl" slide, diving board, drop slide (4 feet off the water) and an interactive spray zone that offers fun for all ages. In September 2009, the Des Moines Art Center and the City of Des Moines partnered to open a 4.4-acre sculpture park in the heart of Downtown Des Moines.
