Des Moines Area Sports Commission: At Your Service

The Des Moines Area Sports Commission (DMASC) is ready to assist you in making your event a success for you and each of your attendees. We are here to save you time and money. The following is a summary of the services offered. The majority of these are COMPLIMENTARY. Call us for whatever you require. 

The following is a sample of services provided by the DMASC staff:

• Research local contacts, dates and venues for your event
• Produce bid presentations, proposals and packets
• Arrange for housing and site tours
• Assist with transportation such as car rental discounts, shuttles and public transportation
• Provide sport-specific room rates and housing information
• Produce city specific/downtown maps listing hotels, attractions and venues
• Assist in the marketing and promotion of your event
• Produce welcome packets and gifts for event participants and guests
• Ability to send out public service announcements (PSA)
• Provide coolers and tents
• Provide volunteer assistance
• Provide registration assistance
• Provide restaurant and private dining information
• Provide coupon brochures for discounts throughout the Metro
