Farmers' Market Bike Ride

For a wonderful weekend load the up the bikes, check into one of our double queen rooms Friday night. Saturday morning you will leave the hotel on a beautiful tree lined bike trail to Downtown Des Moines, where we will have valet parking for your bikes. Shop the farmers' market and take in the Science Center of Iowa and Blank IMAX Dome Theater. What a great way to start the day! Have a relaxing ride back to the pool and bike wash station.

Biking
Rate: $99 plus tax + 1,000 Gold Crown points
Whether you are looking to ride 10 miles or a 100 miles, Central Iowa is your venue. Hundreds of miles of tree lined, dedicated, off street bike paths cross not only Greater Des Moines but also string on for miles along the Iowa countryside, where the trails replaced old railroad beds. Come with your bike and plenty of time, we will show you the best trails, suited to your abilities and time. Our property is just a quarter mile away from the best trails network in the country. We will provide you maps, directions and pointers of where to ride and what to see. Time permitting we will join you on a ride and take you around the various trails so you can get addicted to biking in Central Iowa! We have secure parking for your cars with bikes and we do allow bikes in the rooms as well. We provide a bike wash and tune station up front of the hotel and have extensive contacts at local bike shops should you need anything. Bike rental can be arranged with credit card guarantee, king suite and free breakfast.
